Grace Wade is an NYC based actress and classical lyric soprano/belter from Southern California. She has originated the lead in several new works, most recently Katharsis Media’s production of You’re a Catch! Why are You Single? Other favorite roles include Fiona in Shrek the Musical and Bianca in Taming of the Shrew. A true choir kid at heart, she sang throughout her school years and was a soloist at the Southern California Vocal Association’s Honor Choir. She was part of UC Berkeley’s Chamber Chorus, which focuses primarily on new works. A UC Berkeley alumni with a B.A. in Legal Studies, she currently attends AMDA to pursue her long standing passion for musical theater. She is the winner of Broadway Bound Live Season 2 and the multi-time recipient of UC Berkeley’s vocal lesson scholarship. When not on stage she is reading high fantasy novels (still obsessed with Game of Thrones), writing, and harassing her beloved cat.
